It also has an electric range, s/s fridge, dishwasher, blt-in micro and garbage disposal along with informal dining with table and four chairs. It even has a small tv so you can eat lunch and catch the news. For the comfort of your guests, there is a queen bed w/matching dresser, armoire and two night stands and a small stand w/tv. The second bath features a large walk-in shower and single vanity. The master suite is nicely appointed with a kingsize, oak headboard and blt-in night stands. There is lots of room in the walk-in closet for all of the wife's clothes and there is even a separate closet just for yours. It also has a dresser, armoire and entertainment center w/tv and dvd. You won't need to worry about bumping into each other when you brush your teeth in the morning because the master bath has a very large double vanity and separate tub and shower. You will pass through a den with a wet bar on your way to the office which is set up with a u-shaped desk and two hard wired desk top computers and, if you travel with a laptop, wireless is available. You can even watch tv or watch a movie on the dvd/vcr while you e-mail your friends or catch up on business.The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a washer and dryer and large upper cabinet for the laundry supplies. If you enjoy outdoor entertaining or relaxing you can grill some steaks on the gas bbq and serve your guests at a table for six. The owner is offering the use of two bicycles if you enjoy a little exercise. It is also within walking distance for complete access to homeowner's private community golf course & practice facilities. Access to 4 other Sun Lakes Golf courses all within about 1 mile. Green & Cart fees NOT included. There is not much more you could ask for in this wonderful vacation rental.
